Nothing but a positive experience
Nothing but a positive experience. First they lay out what you need to do. Then they support you as you go through it. Dietary supplements are reviewed and explained but not pushed at you. Care is taken in the exercise plans to avoid injury to us oldsters.

I am a active 65 year old man looking…
I am a active 65 year old man looking to improve my energy and stamina. I looked into low T replacement and stumbled on to the Fit Father Project site. I liked what I read and decided to give it a try. I weighed 209 3 months ago and now I weigh 176 and I feel and look much better.
