I returned my swimsuit on December 8 for a refund to go back into my method of payment. I have not received my refund yet and I am concerned why the delay. Please let me know where the refund's status is. I was not satisfied with how the experience is with how to return my suit. It is difficult to get someone to get back with me in a timely matter. Thus the one star.

1) Swimsuit was not even close to true to size. Chest was so tight it was like going to battle trying on and taking off. Pls. note my chest is 34A and I ordered a size 6. 2) No exchange policy - cost $10 to return which was disappointing bc I loved the suit and would have loved to try the size 8 but wo free exchange I didn't want to pay another $10 to return if bigger size was still too small.

Due to many delays in shipping as well as labor shortage in our warehouses, delays would be long for a typical exchange...for this reason, we do not offer an automatic exchange policy as it could take weeks for your item to arrive to our facility, process the return and then another 5-7 days or even longer with cross country shipping.
