We ordered almost two weeks ago. I promptly received a shipping notification with tracking information. The package has never been picked up by the carrier. I reached out to customer service. They emailed me and told me they would follow up with me once the spoke with warehouse. I have sent two more emails to “Kathy” asking for the status. No reply. Very disappointing customer service. Considering canceling the order rather than deal with the frustrations. Follow up: Kathy did research on my items and discovered two of the three items were out of stock and offered to expedite the one item or give me a full refund and cancel the order. I did choose to cancel the full order and a refund was issued that same day. She and another representative reached out to me with apologies and an explanation of the issues they encountered with my order. I appreciated the follow-ups and think everyone deserves a second chance once they have tried to resolve an issue. I’ll place another order with them soon and see how it goes. RT

Again our apologies for the delays in processing your order, we typically ship our orders within 2 business days. We did reply to your email on June 19th, explaining that one of the items was currently out of stock and offered to ship and expedite your other items and ship UPS at our expense. You asked us to cancel your order and we cancelled the same day. Unfortunately we are dealing with a labor shortage at our warehouses and are currently experiencing occasional shipping delays. We strive to make our customers happy and will always do our best to resolve any issues where possible. Update:Thank you so much for your update on the situation. We really appreciate it and hope that you will try us again in the future!

I bought a Fit 4 u at a local store and was thrilled with it. I located you online and bought a different suit in the same size and it was too small. Nice suit, but the sizing is not consistent

We do change our styling from time to time, where it appears to be the same style, but we may have changed the construction for one reason or another. Please call or email us if you are ever unsure and we will confirm that you are purchasing a similar fit as a previous Fit 4 U swimsuit. Thanks for shopping with us.

Everything arrived, but they need a better return policy - especially selling swim suits. I had to pay $20 out of pocket to return 3 pieces. With competition that offers free returns or a flat rate return, I will not order form them again - too costly for items that need returning.

I had previously purchased one of your suits from a department store and really liked it. I found two I liked on your website and ordering was easy. Unfortunately, as of yet I have not received my bathing suits and it has almost been a month. Not sure what is happening as I have only received one email to say the parcel was shipped.
