Order still hasn't arrived. So very disappointed & just asked this order be canceled immediately...

Never received item.... never even received notice that it was ever sent. Never could get a response to my many many emails trying to follow up. Never could get a phone number that was to the company. Had to have my credit card bank check into what was going on. So obviously I won't order from this website again....and it's too bad because the bathing suit bottom I wanted would have been my second one...first one bought at a store but they didnt have anymore....it's a good item.

Ordered a swimsuit a size up from one I’m wearing comfortably. It arrived in a timely fashion. Wrong size. Too short/tight. Possibly mislabeled?? Tried repeatedly to contact by email and telephone for help with return/replacement. No response.

Returned suit that di not fit goa an exchange .exchanged suit also not fitting unable to get a response........... HORRIBLE to deal with. Been a customer for 24+ years since day 1 Patty no longer owns and it shows!

I bought 4 swimsuits and 2 pair of sandals and sent 2 swimsuits back 1 due to size and the other because it was a v-neck and showed my chest scars. I have not been reimbursed yet!

I received the suits tried them on, well I couldnt get into them I returned them and I am still waiting for my refund.

I bought a fit4u suit a few years back and love it ... it still fits, so I thought I'd order another in a different pattern along with another style ... both in the same size. Well, neither fits (the original one still does). I found the sizing to be extremely off. Very dissappointed.

I had to return my product. I followed the email after they approved my return. It was been over the stated timeframe of a return and refund. I have yet to receive my refund and all calls and emails to the company are not returned. I have my tracking number to show when they received my return.
