The scanner operates at a two star. The business practice of the company is criminal. We paid $2000 more than their competitors equipment due to the assurance that there was not going to be a subscription fee. The unit is now locked up until we pay them a monthly fee and they refuse to allow us to return it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m upset because the price tag on this is over $10,000 once you consider taxes and financing fees. The machine worked for less than 3 months before it went down. Customer service to get it fixed is horrendous, they don’t respond for days. Now they want me to buy a subscription to use their machine. This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Read the other reviews before you buy! I’m going to take them to court!

Used to be great service under previous ownership. Support and service is terrible now. Stuck with a £8.5k machine that no longer works as apparently replacement parts aren't available

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. The customer service is horrible. They take there time to answer you, refuse to talk to you on the phone. They make changes to your plan as soon as your first year is up with them. If I was told that my price would change after year 1, I would have never paid $9,000 per machine. I have purchased 3 machines from them and I am regretting every minute of it. I would recommend doing your research before buying this machine and go with the competition. You will see many of these reviews are the same.

This is class action lawsuit stuff right here. Someone had their hand in the cookie jar and that's not cool! By their own estimates in just a few years they have sold over 3500 units at $10,000 each... and where did the $35M go? While you have every right to change your pricing and subscription model "moving forward", you don't have the right to alter existing contracts! Yes It is all about contract law. Expressed or implied doesn't matter. You can't sell a product with lifetime reporting and free updates and then change your mind and "BRICK" the equipment using subscription fees as ransom. Looks like the intent was to "recommend" the service update as an "improvement option" but that likely was not widely accepted. The "we will never force you to pay more" BASIC PLAN offered on the website is "no longer available". This company is in for a BIG surprise. The person giving them legal advice is an idiot. Who ever is in charge should know it's just a matter of time before your unscrupulous business practices catch up to you! This is about doing what is right. It's about honor. It's about respect and trust. What am I going to do? Depends... Tic Tock! Make it right Fit 3D! What should you do? RUN.. do not give them your money! EDIT: As I look back on my original purchase contract in Nov. 2018 there was 2 options for software maintenance and support. Either $100 per month "OR" $2000 for lifetime software and all data storage. As I chose the latter, we have a problem!

I purchased a Fit3D in 2018, and in the sales process I was told there are no subscriptions and the machine and software was a 1 time purchase. Even in our contract it states the same. However, less than a year ago Fit3D contacted all of us who purchased before 2020 and announced that they would need to charge us subscriptions to stay afloat as a company. I initially tried to negotiate a better deal with CEO Greg Moore since I am a 1 person operation, but he refused to work with me. Then a bunch of Fit3D customers got together and we were going to file a lawsuit. Fit3D backed off and said they weren't going to charge us anymore and they were "sorry". 6 months later, they worked with their attorneys and found a loophole in the contracts. They decommissioned our software and released a "version 2" (which appears to be basically the exact same software) and claimed it was necessary for their infrastructure and then returned to us all and said we would be shut down if we didn't pay by December 18th. Greg Moore on his LinkedIn said that he lives by the motto "Return With Honor", but he may be one of the slimiest business owners out there. If you don't mind paying the subscription fees then feel free to try out this company, but I wouldn't trust them with a 10 foot pole. Also we found their documents that they are trying to sell their company and need to boost their recurring revenue numbers for potential buyers, so keep that in mind for the longevity of this company. I just threw my unit in the dumpster, Fit3D is the worst business I have ever worked with.

i am a customer like all of you, i have had the fit3D machine since 2018. i feel completely ripped off by having to pay every year to use a machine that i have already paid for, and that when i bought it 5 years ago, the company did not indicate at any time that i had to make annual payments. Attempts to communicate with the Fit3D owner and staff have been met with silence, leaving us with no option but to consider reporting the matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and exploring potential legal action. The company's failure to uphold the service level agreement outlined in the contract is not only unprofessional but also constitutes a breach of trust. We feel compelled to share our experience to warn other fitness and medical professionals who may be considering an investment with Fit3D. This situation reflects a lack of honesty and integrity on the part of the company, and we hope that future professionals take these reviews into serious consideration before entering into any business dealings with Fit3D
