Ok, so the game was quite good when I started playing it a while ago. However, over a period of time, it it turned in to nothing short of gambling. You will need a pile of money to pass levels and you'll also find it very addictive. I am in a group that is at the top 5 in UK, the team is excellent, but going to stop playing it for good. Fishdom isn't what the gaming should be about. It's an absolute casino and you can only loose time and money.

It would be madness to download this game, all the money that people have wasted over the years, dont do it. It is now so boring in its game plan, you just cant win. So sorry to think there are humans behind this cheating facade.

3 time now the game close, i have take a picture of the last one, I still have 13 life but nooooo it ask for to buy or quiet and loose i have used hundreds on your game because it should be fun but this is cheating it happend first on your other game garden scapes after I use many hundreds I deleted cheating is not ok, i can send you the foto if you wanna prove, maybe others should think twice before installing your game

È un gioco che se cade nelle mani di bambini non controllati, subdolamente li induce a fare acquisti di molti euro per proseguire nei livelli. Se i bambini hanno accesso a qualche fonte di denaro, la svuotano sicuramente.

Do not download this game. They have deducted money out of my account for no reason. The game froze half way through and I lost items that I had paid for and when I notified them there response was it never happened as their customer service is appalling.

UPDATE: Since I placed this review, the problem I was having disappeared as mysteriously as it started, although it took a month and that was a month I couldn't play the game. If I were rating only playing the game, I'd give it a 5 Star Plus. The game is a lot of fun, just challenging enough, and inspires creativity as you build aquariums. I love the game - but their customer support is so appalling and glitches are so frustrating because of the lack of customer support that I’d be misleading people if I rated it just on how fun the game is. Their customer service does need to improve for the reasons I stated in my original post that will be at the bottom of this. Apparently, they were listening to complaints because they fixed the problem after a long time, but they didn't communicate with customers what they were doing to fix it, not even on social media sites, and they don't give customers an easy way to get in touch with them when they have a problem - when the chat option becomes impossible because the MANY articles the chat option refers you to don’t help there doesn’t seem to be a way to chat with a representative. You’re just cut off from an answer. I thought for sure I was going to have to quit playing the game because of this, and I would have had to quit playing had a fix not just appeared, seemingly out of nowhere. ORIGINAL POST: I have loved this game for years and have spent a lot of money playing it, but now I've hit a glitch and after three days of trying can't get any customer support at all. I go into Help and Support and am directed to article after article after article none of which help and each time I get to a place where I can type in my problem I'm taken to the articles again instead of being able to talk with someone - as soon as I hit enter to send my comment instead of getting any help but I've already read all of those articles and done everything they recommended and it does no good. I'm very sad that after literally years of playing this game I'm going to have to quit. I'm sad that the money I've spent playing this game was just wasted since now I'll be giving up all of the aquariums I built.
