Incorrect CD delayed closing
I would not recommend! The transaction started as normal, they got us locked in quickly with a decent rate. However, when the closing disclosure came to me, they listed the incorrect realtor and broker on it, and I was told 2 days previously via email that it had been corrected on their end. Clearly it had not! I did not want to sign with incorrect information, which pushed our closing back by a week. I did file a complaint with someone I was told was management (Mariah). For my wasted week and the mistake being clearly on their end, I asked for any sort of concession. Instead, I got a call from Jason the next day essentially telling me "people make mistakes". Well, Jason, this review is not a mistake! It was a terrible experience overall and the management team does not seem to care, instead opting to blame me for not signing incorrect information. As I'm aware, signatures are legally binding and it's crazy to me that this is the best they can do.
