They rip people off, charge fees not in contract and charge you fees to pay off loan do not use they have been reported to bbb and district state attorneys office

Im not sure of this place so Im looking and I find this site and the reviews amd thank god cause i was bout to be scammed. They said they would loan me 1500.00 for 1620.00 back and i was approved so i gave them my info then she comes back and s said that my scome is to low that i need to pay 100 for the insurance on the loan it just doesnt sit tight with me cause you shouldnt have to pay to get a loan thats the whole reason for ask for a loan cause i do not have money

Only reason i got the loan is i needed the money. When i saw the 700 plus apr, i was furious. Now I'm stuck paying $4000 on a $ 625 loan. My mistake, to anyone out there don't take loan from first loan it's a rip off. Had to rate it 1 there's now option for "zero".

Was told 70% apr, as desperate as I was, that sounded okay, get the paperwork and it was 761%. Terrible company pretty sure they're a scam!

I don’t have stars to give them, but you have to hit one. Unlike every review I read I gave all my information to First Loan. They are aggressive when trying to verify your bank info. I was at work when I called them back and I told the rep I was speaking too. She said she would contact the bank for my direct deposit but she did not tell me she asking the bank for every pay period I had and my balances. After she got into the month I f December I thought this was ridiculous so I told her I had to hang up. She kept saying two more minutes. I told her I was working she did not care. She said we are on a recorded line. So I told her I had to go. She and the bank disconnected the call. Something told me to find reviews on them and I am glad I did. I called them back to cancel my application because of their ridiculous interest rate. They said they did. The more reviews I read the more I became worried. So I continue to call back and they would tell me my application was canceled. I am still waiting on a email confirmation for cancellation but has not received it. I will be watching them and my account very closely. If they put one dime in my account I am calling a lawyer.

This company is very scandalous and should not be in business. I’m pretty shook that this company is still operating after looking at the other reviews. My boyfriend had took out a $500 loan from this company. They told him that he would have to pay $150 every 2 weeks for 12 months. That’s $3600 by the time the loan would be paid off, however they also told him that he can do a buyout agreement which is what he wanted to do. If we do that, it would be about $725 (Which I thought was ridiculous but whatever.) My boyfriend called and scheduled them to take it, but somewhere in their ignorant minds they apparently thought that he wanted to do the $150 every other week which is not what he wanted to do. They took the $150, and my boyfriend called them and told them that they’re supposed to do the buyout method, and didn’t want to do the bi-weekly payments. They told him that they couldn’t reverse the payment and to call back on Monday (this happened this past Friday) he called and he was only supposed to owe like $574 but they told him he now owes $620. Ridiculous! Like why didn’t y’all just do the buyout method when he originally asked !? They said because he didn’t give VERBAL consent. What !? Him calling you guys, and Literally stating that he wants to do the buyout payment, and give permission to deduct it from his account isn’t verbal consent !? NEVER again. This company needs to be shut down !
