Thank you for all who took the time to write a review, because of you I'm avoiding making the same mistake myself.

DO NOT USE THIS LENDER! I took the bait and totally screwed myself. Desperate to pay for a car repair, I searched for bad credit loans and was inundated with offers. First Loan was the first to respond. Customer service rambled through pages of information that overwhelmed me. I thought I heard the interest rate was 76%, which was high but reasonable. Ended up it was 767.19%. Payments are $300 each paycheck- $600 a month! I’ll end up paying $7824.19 for a $1000 loan. I was surprised when a payment of $342.30 was pulled from my account on payday 1 week later. I read the details on my contract. The loan is from a cutthroat Indian tribe! The Elem Indian Colony of Pomo Indians is a federally recognized sovereign nation and are entitled to sovereign immunity. The tribe cannot be sued for their predatory loans. The contract appears to be iron clad. Absolutely frightening. Yes, I’m beating myself up for signing up for this cruel loan. If I couldn’t afford $1000 how the hell can I afford pay $600mo for one year? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE!

My husband was called back to back by this company till finally they approved us for a loan of 625 but i noticed we were paying weekly for 12 months so in the end we will have paid almost 5000 dollars.. I was skeptical but the lady told me that not to worry about the contract... That after the money hits my account we can call to discuss options to pay monthly for 6 months.. NOT TRUE AT ALL... I called and she said they dont have monthly options.. I really give them no stars!! They are total SCAMMERS... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..

I'm still paying on a 300 dollar loan 68 bucks every week. Its bullsh1t we need to fight this. All of us have a voice I know I am cause this is bullsh1t

I blame my self for get caught up I’m this company mess it was a big mistake I regret ever going through them I advise no one to go to them I learned the hard way

This company literally is insane with their high interest like they never told me they were gonna yank $90 from my bank account whenever I have money in my account BUT NOOOO THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GONNA TAKE 50 NOT 90.......UNREAL!!!!

If I could give negative 10 I would. Interest is very high. After paying over 500.a month got 6 months. my principal balance had ok only gone down 125.00! Right after my last payment I asked for a payoff and it was still more than the original amount borrowed This company is a total rip off! Nothing go towards your principal balance. I was in the phone for over 30 mins to just get a payoff and my payoff was more than the originall loan! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!!
