If I could leave negative stars i would. This is nothing but a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Do not deal with them. I borrowed 200$ and ended up paying a ridiculously higher amount.

I wish I could of rated this company with no stars. Terrible customer service. Made a number of calls to pay back. First time placed on hold for 15 mins for no reason. Second call paid off loan but they refused to verbally give me confirmation number and hung up on me. 3rd call requested a supervisor that took almost 20 mins to come to the phone. I will never do business with this company again. I suggest no one else does.

I was promised a loan after speaking with a representative on Tuesday for $650. I was told once they saw my account was out of the negative, when my direct deposit goes in from my job. I explained that I had to overdraft my account to make ends meet. My account is current today and they sent me a letter of denial and I called and they denied after I was promised a loan thats not a good loan company to lie. People can't help times are hard and they haveto overdraft their accounts to make ends meet.

Everyone is talking about how this company is a scam. All you have to do is scam their ass LOL get the money and then switch bank accounts f them. I got a loan from them like a year ago and I was tripping because I got a $400 loan and I was going to pay be paying back I don’t know how much money it was a like way more than $400 like $5000 or something so I close my bank account and said f them. Think like them they don’t give a f when scamming you so scam their ass back. Good day folks🤣

They are hard at hearing they keeped repeating my info over and over and when it came to Transfering the funds they screwed up my info they need people that really under stand English and can talk good English I wouldn’t go with this place they suck and they are careless be careful with this place they can sale your info....

I would give this company a 0/5 if possible- other than the nice lady when I had to call their finance services line. I am the office manager for a company that a woman apparently falsely used as her place of employment while applying for a loan through this company. I have received probably eight calls in a 24-hour period at our office- each time, explaining that the named woman does not and has not EVER been employed by us. This last time they called I got somewhat short but not mean to the man, telling him- "Okay, listen, I have talked to your company probably eight times in two days. This woman DOES NOT nor HAS EVER worked here. Please quit calling" he laughed and hung up. I pulled the phone number off of our caller ID to call back. He was the same person who answered the phone and I directly asked to speak to a manager- he told me to provide my loan number. I made him aware that I did not have a loan number and I need to speak to a manager regarding a complaint. He then told me "Sorry can't do that" and laughed. I increasingly got annoyed and hung up. I called again hoping it would be another agent- it was not, It was this same agent named Ronald AGAIN. He acknowledged he had spoken to me and laughed again and told me he would not give me to a manager and hung up on me. I then called their finance department, where an extremely nice lady told me she will take down the info and our business phone numbers that this company is HARASSING and pass it along. This company has harassed our business line while I am in the middle of operations for THREE branches across three separate states. I am so tired of it and I will be writing a review on all platforms possible. I am also reporting them to the FCC

This company had me and my bank on the phone for 30 minutes checking my last three direct deposits. After verifying them, the agent who could barely speak English said I am sorry we can't give you a loan. They charge 780% interest so I figured I must be really bad to get turned down since they probably approve anybody just to get their money. My tip would be if approved is close your bank account that they sent the money to and let them come after you via the mail. Take advantage of them as they are customers.

This company is the definition of a true scam. Almost makes me scared that even though I finally paid them off that they will try to take more payments. I was in a really bad place and really needed to make rent, as my previous job wasn’t cutting it. What started as a $400 dollar loan, ended up with me spending twice a much to pay it off. I only finished paying off this loan, for two last payments off $200 (199.75 to be correct), on top of the $69.00 that they took out every pay period, which was every week for me. When I even tried to inquire of why my payback amount so much, the “customer service” representative rudely stated, “well you knew what you signed out for. That’s a personal issue”. Please choose anyone else from them. They’re not even a part of the Better Business Bureau. You’re better off selling your ass on the corner then getting a loan through these people.
