I've been using FE products as a cyclist for over 5 years. My go-to is the EFS hydration powders that help my old legs recover from cramps fast. The flavors taste great, are easy on the GI, and aren't overly sweet. I also like the point system and free shipping if your order over a certain amount.

Terrible customer service. Placed my order over a week ago and promply got a, 'Your order has been shipped!' email. Checked the tracking a week later and it hadn't even been picked up yet. So, I emailed Support for an update, over 24 hrs and no response. Then I hunted down a phone number only to hear a recording that they have moved to a new all online platform (no phone) to improve customer service. When I logged on to review my email to Support, I was redirected to a new page where I had to re input all my info only to get a pop up that my email was already in use, and around and around we went. I'm canceling my order and finding the product elsewhere. It's a good product but STAY AWAY from the FE company site!!!
