I've found them to be honest and approachable, which I appreciate. Daniel is also very good about teaching the numbers to calculate multi-family deals. The group is still small enough where you can still have some direct time to ask questions. Chris as a personal mentor is always willing, available, and an excellent addition to the team!

My experience with First Deal Mentor for the past 18 months has been transformational. Before joining the program, I did not possess the necessary knowledge about real estate transactions, did not have the right mentally to as an investor, did not have mentors I could turn to for guidance, and did not belong to a network of people who shared my same real estate goals.
