The site and games are pretty standard and OK. Everything else is absolutely terrible. I have $1925 waiting to withdraw for over 2 weeks and the only way for me to get my money is for FireVegas to get a PDF document showing a deposit to firevegas. I do not get PDF bank statements and will not give me any other options. They don't reply to my almost daily emails except for once. No contact #, Online chat boots you out when you are asking questions to customer service. If you want to get paid out your winnings good luck. I've sent them drivers license, PDF of ny banking information, a selfie and screenshots of the email showing i made deposits and they won't accept these documents. So basically am unablr to make a withdrawal of ny winnings. Worst experience ever. Do not use.

They're more than happy to take hundreds of dollars off me, but getting a win over $20 is virtually non existent. RTP is definitely one of the lowest ones out there (that's if you can find any RTP listed on their site) absolute garbage. Legal theft basically. I'd avoid this one, I've played basically every online casino in Ontario (yup, gambling problem, so you know my review isn't just because I lost, I've lost and won at a lot of them) and this one is right up there with Monopoly casino for the lowest payouts I've ever seen. Its also difficult to self exclude, lots of hurdles giving you an eternity to second guess your decision. Very predatory.
