Hello, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We have our tickets open here and don't see any requests for help from this name. If you need help you can always reach out by submitting a ticket, or opening a chat on our website. Our email is always open for help as well at [email protected] We also state as its hands free, meaning you do not need to place any of the manual trading. the bot will take of it. But setting up the bot and learning about it is fully explained that you would need to spend 10-30 minutes per day on monitoring it at any time of your choosing. :) Remember this is not a get rich quick scheme and we state that on our website, this is a trading tool. We never tell our clients to go from a strategy tester as a beginner to a live account. We always recommend spending at least 30 days using a demo account. We make this very clear inside of our video training when using our bots, and on our website as well. All of our bots have stop losses, take profits, news filters, and equity protectors inside. We also don't manage clients accounts because, we encourage our clients to learn how to use it for themselves so they don't have to rely on management companies. P.S. Please do not use both bots at the same time on one account. We recommending testing and using one at a time.
