Easy peazy! I called and left a message. Got a friendly call back. I asked if the special order book could be added to the book I had ordered online. That wasn't possible, but Firefly was able to send me a bill through PayPal - which was how ordered online. When the book came in, I got a call and we agreed on a time when I could come to pick up my books. There was no face to face at the store - as we had agreed that my books would be hanging from the door. Everything went as planned. The staff, always friendly and informed in person, were the same through internet and phone communication. It couldn't have been easier.

I ordered a copy of The Hobbit from their website, and received it promptly in good condition and nicely wrapped. I have also purchased books on site in the past, and it is a lovely, homey little place with friendly staff and a wide selection.
