Had a lot of questions before I decided to buy my new (preowned) IWC and Mario Gensicke was very helpfull answering my questions promtly. Transferred the money and received the watch a few days later and was in the loop at all times. The watch was in a very fine condition and as discribed. A good experience - will not hesitate to do business with Mario again (this review is identical to the one I made for uhren-fan.de)
