False claims regarding shipping times and does not answer to customer service requests
In a nutshell, I ordered an item that was supposed to be shipped the same day ("Same day shipping as their website advertised). Tuo took more than 2 weeks to ship it and, during that time, remained silent to all my contact request, whether by email, online chat, online contact form and phone when I was inquiring about the status of my order. They only reached out after getting a dispute from my credit card company but never answered to any of the replies I sent them. In summary, they made false claims about shipping times, refused to answer any customer service request and never answered me when I replied after they contacted me. Take a pass, do your business elsewhere.
