Frustrating Experience – Website Not Helpful
I contacted three football teams through this website and received no responses from any of them. It’s very disappointing and makes me question the usefulness of the platform. The idea is good, but in practice it does not seem to connect users with clubs at all. I hope the website administrators can improve the functionality and reliability so that users can actually get in touch with teams.
