Filingfox (US LLC Formation)Reviews of filingfox.com

I created my US based non resident LLC in 2022 through a third party. They made an error during my LLC creation and I came to know about it when I had to file my sales tax as I was facing problem to file it. In search of a solution to my issue, I contact Filingfox which is headed by Mr. Huzaifa and explained my issue. They engaged with the state department by email and phone to correct my information and successfully filed my tax returns. Since then, I have been utilizing their services for all legal requirements of my LLC. I have had an excellent experience for all the services. Mr.Usman handles all all the requirements related to my LLC and it is a seamless experience where I just communicate to him by filingfox whatsapp number and he handles everything everytime. There have been multiple occassions where I discovered issues occuring due to errors during my LLC creation by another company. Filing fox has successfully resolved all those issues with little or no intervention required from my end. They provide a complete 5 star customer experience. You can just sit back and relax and they will handle all your worries. Their charges are the same as the normal market rate. Nothing more. I consider it a high value for money. Highly recommended. I want to share one personal experience about their honesty and professionalism. I contacted them for tax filing very close to the deadline. By the time they responded to me, the deadline had crossed and I had received a 10 USD penalty from state department . When they shared the invoice after completing the job, I noticed that they had deducted 10 USD from the amount because I had contacted them before receiving the penalty. It was a matter of 10USD only and we discussed a way forward for that. However this level of honesty is something to prize. My best wishes to filing fox team. Services availed (US LLC): LLC records correction with US State department Sales tax return Federal income tax return Company annual report filing Now I am in the process if closing my LLC which is also being handled by them.

I had a seamless experience with FilingFox. They helped me in forming my company in New Mexico, USA, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Their team is very professional and guided me through every step of the company formation process, answering all my questions along the way. One thing I really appreciated that Mr. Huzaifa created a WhatsApp group that included both me and Mr. Usman, who was responsible for company formation. This setup allowed me to receive quick answers to my questions, which built my trust and confidence in their services. I felt safe and assured that I was in good hands. I am impressed with their efficiency and transparency. They delivered exactly what they promised. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Really satisfied with their team, excellent work and I would definitely recommend to chose them for your LLC

5 month ago I decided to a business in USA. Initially I was confused about LLC. My friend told me about FILING FOX for LLC and I contact to the team. They guide me each and everything about LLC and business. I paid fees without tension and after the 1 month my LLC was live for business. Now I am running my business in United States with my clients and enjoying a good life. The team is very experienced. I like it. It's very remarkable and great quick and fast service

Recently got my Multi member LLC registered in the state of Wyoming for the purpose of starting my Amazon business. I had heard good reviews from other friends who got their companies formed by Filingfox and I must say, it was the best choice. The best part was their personalized call support for each and every thing, every penny was worth it. Other famous US Based services do not provide personalized call support no matter how big their name is in the market. I also got a good lecture about the taxation as a Non resident Alien (NRA) - Foreigner.
