Disappointed
Very disappointed about customer support and quality. After 2 training sessions the leather on top of the glove started to tear. The damage is located in an area that is not used for striking, which makes this particularly concerning. I would not expect this kind of damage to occur after such limited use, especially with boxing gloves that should be designed to withstand regular training. So i reached out to customer support , and they just blame me for the damage instead of saying maybe believe this may be a manufacturing defect. They told me I just gotta go buy new ones in order to get my defected glove replaced. Now they just simply ignore my messages because I am not accepting this.
