I'M SO HAPPY I WENT WITH PLATINUM My transmission went at 50.400 miles. I was absolutely shocked. I bought by platinum via North Star after my GM warranty expired once car was paid. It cost 3800 dollars for platinum. I almost didn't do it. 1. If you don't use the same mechanic or service tech I wouldn't buy an extended warranty. 2. If you don't maintain oil change I wouldn't buy extended warranty. 3. If you don't do ALL ALL ALL maintenance requirements I wouldn't buy an extended warranty. It's that simple. They covered my ENTIRE rental They covered transmission AND all new lines. Total coverage 6800 My deductible 100 People believe they should just be covered and they complain, If I didn't spend the 700 six months prior for MAINTENANCE on transmission flush I wouldn't of been covered. I pay for my maintenance when it's due. It's not free after you buy an extended warranty. Same as anything else. They've also paid for other minor things BUT NOT RUST! Do I get mad? No because I know and understand my warranty. Do the right thing they'll pay. Don't...they won't. We're not splitting an Atom here. Fidelity thank you, I would of needed to buy a new car! I'll always extend with you!

I bought a warranty from Fidelity Automotive Solutions about a little over a year ago. I had an issue with my transmission. I was able to bring the car in , have it fixed and Fidelity covered it all. It was easy and simple. All the horror stories my friends were telling me about when i told them i bought the policy did not happen. My advice, work with a reputable company like Fidelity Automotive Solutions
