they didnt respond for 4 lon hours after payment and after all in vain i purchased netflix they are not responding about refund pathetic service !!!!

Third class customer service. They should have a dedicated customer service person because currently there is so delay in response. If u are expanding u also need to expand ur human resource for customer support. I have to wait so much time just to tell on whatsapp that i have filed replacement pls go and check ur own portal. Then they will ask for proof which already uploaded on portal. Bad experience

paid for netfli 6 mnth plan, login id/ passwd not working, says incorrect, no response from support trying for 8hours now, no response, very bad experience so far
