Expensive trash that's the equivalent of dial up.

Wi-Fi disconnects and won’t reconnect regardless of how many times you put your password in. Multiple times a day. It will say “invalid credentials.” And you just have to sit and wait 10-20 minutes and it’ll connect. God awful is an understatement, I’ve been dealing with this “required” service for over a year and it has not gotten better.

Terrible first I'm confused as to why there would be different packages for gamers and streamers when people tend to do both and it's like they want you to pay for two separate packages for the same thing. My phone hot spot is better then there internet and what makes it worse I can't even switch

I have been fiber stream customer for few months now and enrolled in their top gaming package. It has turned out to be the worst internet service’s experience. The bandwidth signals are always fluctuating and keeps getting disconnected while streaming. The tech team either blames on faulty equipment which they are about to replace or just replaced or blame it on some one hacking to steal their bandwidth. I have latest devices which get automatic software updates. Every time I turn on my note book or get back home connect my phone to Wi-Fi or turn on the tv, the system forces me to main site and sign in again. The tech person setup the settings on all my devices but never got to solve the problem. Overall I wouldn’t give even one star rating if I there was option for it. I am giving up on this company and moving xfinity from next month. onward.

as much bad customer service as I have seen from different companies, this one takes the cake. Just about any issue you have has to go through "tier 2". Then the only way to communicate with tier 2 is via text, which is extremely inefficient, especially on my flip phone. I used to have a great Spectrum ethernet connection, which was also cheaper, but had to give it up because my whole complex, Forest Ridge in Dallas went to this terrible system. I don't see why at the top of this page it says the average score is 2.8, when every review I see here gives it a 1.

They never answer their phone or return tech support calls.

Crap service. Technically inept staff. Shady billing practices. TV service went from crappy to nonexistent. Fiberstreamwifi.com is their web address.

FIBERSTREAM Wifi is run by a criminal (convicted felon) who had previously been jailed for mortgage fraud. They do not keep to their promises and know very little about the business they are in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
