Absolutely awful! My husband ordered a ride on lawn mower nearly 2 months ago, the delivery date has been pushed back 3 times. They have emailed us to say its delayed but when we email them there is no reply. The phone numbers online arent real and we are out of pocket of £1200. DO NOT USE None of the negative reviews were on here when we ordered it but there is now 10+ saying the same thing happened to them

I have been scammed as well I purchased a stiga lawnmower which has not shown up and they will not reply to me. I am now taking it up with Barclays fraud department and trading standards

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. LIKE OTHERS ORDERED A RIDE ON DUE TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. NO CONFORMATION EMAIL. CONTACT NUMBERS DO NOT WORK. ON LINE CHAT DOES NOT WORK. INFO EMAIL DOES NOT WORK. THE ONLY TIME I DIDN'T CHECK THE REVIEWS! HAVE STARTED LEGAL RECOVERY OF FUNDS. AVOID!

They scammed me for a large amount of money pretending to be a ride on lawnmower provider. I engaged my bank and thankfully they recovered my payment. Do not trust this supplier. I wish I had read other reviews of this Fetstore. I would not have touched them with a barge pole.

Dont use this is a scam. Ordered ride on lawnmower. Emails stated dispatched. Tracking number provided for dodgy transport company. Contacted after delivery date passed. Said they would cancel and provide full refund which never appeared. Prices Too good to be true. Dont lose your money

I bought a ride on mower from this company. They confirmed the order and gave us a delivery date. They failed to deliver. After some time chasing they said they would reimburse us the £1600. We are still waiting for the money. Now unable to contact the company. About to begin small claims procedure.

Placed an order after checking for reviews and found a 4.8/5 score online. Goodness knows where that came from. Scammed- they took 1200 but never delivered the mower. Telephone numbers dont connect. After an initial web chat with a member of staff they now dont respond. Please dont use fetstore.com

100% a scam site. Whoever decides to use these SCAMMERS deserves to get ripped off, it's blatantly obvious you don't have to be a rocket scientist
