Seems to be a collection site that sells your information, under the guise of a BDSM personals site. There is nothing but scammer women tryinmg to get into your wallet and send them money, followed with desperate men by the thousands. The site is currently pretending to be open, but are not processing any applications at present. The Admin of the site will delete your account with no warning if he does not like you; apparently he wants to run the site as his personal playground. Do not waste your time with fetster; you can do much better elsewhere.
