We have just booked our 2019 trip to Pamplona. Mark and Linda were absolutely the best. No question went unanswered and no concern was unheard. I realize there is no guarantee of a good time but I can say that they have done all they can do to help facilitate it. We will make the trip as memorable as we can but I feel Mark and the team are the ones that will give us all the tools to have a GREAT trip! Thank you to you all. Chris

My travel & tour agency is demanding and puts quality over quantity partnering only with the elite experience providers of Europe. The reason is our high-end American customers want & deserve handcrafted once-in-a-lifetime customized adventures with all many moving parts coordinated seamlessly. Mark and his team made a very complex job of organizing things in Pamplona for the memorable San Fermines festival bull run look easy! Excellent results and very caring people. If you are a traveler who wants enjoy the moments contact Mark & the Festival Pros team. ¡¡¡Olé olé!!! Thanks, Dan O´Beirne - founder - Magical Spain & Portugal Private Travel & Tours.

Truly a memorable experience. Mark an his team have a top rate operation that we will be recommending to friends. Everything was taken care of for the trip with a truly personal touch. 5/5, would do this trip again.

We went into our trip not knowing as much as we probably should have, but all the individuals associated with the company we had interactions with - either during booking or actually at the festival - went out of their way to help answer our questions, made sure we were setup with everything we needed, and even checked in with us via texts, emails, and/or phone calls prior to activities we had signed up for to confirm that we knew where to be and when. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience in terms of all things handled by Mark and the other staff members. We thought our trip was going to be a “once in a lifetime” opportunity, although even before we had landed back in the states we were discussing details for making a return trip in a couple years, but with the expectation of including more people and extending our stay by at least a couple of days; so that in itself is probably the best indication of how satisfied we were with their services!

What can I say but this is a first rate company. My son and I attended running of the bulls and could not have navigated this trip without the help of Festival Pros. Kellie and Mark were amazing host. I highly recommend Festival Pros.

This was my first time using Festival Pros. They always went above and beyond! Mark was so accommodating and helpful. Anytime I had questions or concerns, he was quick to reply or answer, give feedback and many wonderful suggestions. My clients were extremely happy with their "bucket list trip". I would highly recommend Festival Pros for anyone looking for that perfect "once in a lifetime trip". Thank you for making this trip perfect for my VIP clients!
