My wife and mom loved being on the balcony watching while I ran with the Bulls. So much fun and exciting with all the people dressed in red and white. As first-time Fiesta goers, we knew we'd need a little help navigating the streets of Pamplona during the festival. Mark and his team at Festival Pros were exactly what we had an mind and they were absolutely fantastic. We booked balconies for the opening ceremonies and the first bull run, the traditional dinner and fireworks, and a bullfight. The locations of the balconies were top-notch and the hosts of each were fantastic. The dinner was a great opportunity to share a meal with other Fiesta-goers and the fireworks were out-of-this -world. We also took advantage of learning a bit more about the bullfight by taking the class "Bullfighting 101". If this continues to be offered, I'd highly recommend taking it as it really allowed us to understand the pageantry of bullfight. And the bullfight itself was heart-stopping action and a true Pamplona experience. Be sure to bring a snacks, drinks and a bocadillo for "half-time!" Overall, I highly recommend Festival Pros. Amazing experiences offered, excellent communication, easy-to-use app for managing your itinerary during the festival, and wonderful people and staff - we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Everything ran with military-like precision with virtually every detail planned in advance. The viewing balconies were exactly as described. The tickets to the bullfights were exactly as ordered. The hotel was perfect. I loved the trip out of town to learn about bullfighting (and my mini experience as a bullfighter with a one-year-old bull). Even the final dinner at one of Pamplona's best restaurants was something I would never have experienced on my own.
