FerlagimoReviews of ferlagimo.com

I ordered the Vevor Retractable Hose reel from them that was shown on the tik tok shop. I have not received my order bit when I went in to track it, it showed that it was delivered. I contacted them to get a delivery note to contacy the delivery company, but they said that the driver lost my package. Now i am battling to get it replaced as Lily is avoiding all my questions. I have all the emails where she is dodging my complaint. Stay away from this company as they steal your money.

Do not buy from these...my tracking says delivered weeks ago and still nothing.ive messaged them and they said oh well it says delivered our end so sorry...stay clear chinese scam site!

Disappointed I placed an order with Ferlagimo on September 8 for a portable touch screen as a birthday gift for my daughter. After weeks of waiting, I emailed Lily multiple times, and she kept assuring me the tracking was delayed because of a “busy season.” Today, I checked the tracking again and it shows the item was supposedly delivered on October 12 — but I never received anything at my address. No package, no delivery notice, nothing. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I paid for a product I never got, and all I received were excuses. I would not recommend ordering from this seller.

Don't bother using this company. Order tracking is a joke and parcel said delivered but never arrived. Customer care non-existent to say the least - 'Lily' sends emails every now and then asking for more information and intimating I am lying before eventually admitting their courier had 'lost' the package. I still have no goods and no refund. They seem unable to produce an order number or tracking details. Steer clear of this company. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I HAVE

A joke company Ordered the infinity table but it never arrived , If I could get my hands on this Lily well but what a joke Don't trust anything to be sent

This company is a big scam don't place order ftom this company I bout a infinity table it never came

Zero stars!!!! Ordered a jacket and it says it was delivered at 11pm at night!! Deliveries are never made that late, nevertheless I never received the jacket. Its all a big scam!!
