I had a problem where the pkg. was enroute for over 5 weeks and the company gave me the option to a full refund or another exact order replaced. Very fair and honest and I chose to have it replaced. They got it shipped immediately. The story don't end there because the pkg. that was sent first popped up and i got it. Then the replacement arrived a day later. Now I have 2 orders and only paid for one. To be honest I have no idea how to deal with this odd situation.
