Fendrihan USA – Order Canceled, Poor Customer Service, and No Reasonable Resolution
I had an extremely disappointing shopping experience with Fendrihan USA (Fendrihan.com). On October 2, 2026, I ordered a TEK wooden hair comb while researching natural, low-tox grooming products for a planned YouTube review. My order totaled $33.55, reduced to $23.55 with a $10 Shop promotional offer. Fendrihan accepted my order but subsequently canceled it, flagging the transaction as suspected fraud because its automated system couldn't verify the billing address on my prepaid Mastercard gift card. I contacted the card issuer, which confirmed the card was valid and did not allow billing address registration. I explained this to Fendrihan's customer service team multiple times. Although Fendrihan confirmed processing the refunds, the company refused to honor my original discounted purchase price or offer a reasonable courtesy adjustment. Instead, I was told to place another order at the current price, with no guarantee it would be accepted. After repeated emails, I filed a formal Better Business Bureau complaint. Fendrihan's final response stated that the matter was closed and that the company would no longer respond to further messages about it. I understand the importance of fraud prevention, but legitimate customers deserve a reasonable way to resolve payment-verification problems. What disappointed me most was Fendrihan's customer service, lack of flexibility, and unwillingness to help complete a simple purchase. I never received the comb, so this review concerns the ordering experience and customer support, not the product's quality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fendrihan USA as an online grooming retailer. I would personally shop elsewhere.
