Fence Supply Online (Business Closed)Reviews of fencesupplyonline.com

Very fast shipping and kept me informed on status.

I had been looking for a unique sized fence cap for about 6 months... online, big box stores, local specialty fence companies. Zero luck. I called Richard at Fence Supply Online and gave the specifics that I needed. He couldn't find it online either. But he said he'd call back in a few minutes. He went to his trusty old paper supplier catalog to dig it out. Called me back within minutes. I only needed 10, but they came in a box of 40. He worked out a reasonable charge, and boom they were on there way. I love how in this modern online day, with all its benefits, that there are also still people who will answer the phone and take care of their customers. Way to go.

I called the co. because I was looking for something specific. I spoke with Rich, who was the first person to understand what I was trying to do, researched the answer and promptly got back to me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Items I ordered beautiful. I wish more companies did business like them. I highly recommend!

We could not find the right piece for our new fence posts at Lowe’s or Home Depot. They said they could order for us. But the order brought the wrong size. I went online to Fence Supply. They had the correct product and the correct size. I ordered them. They arrived in 3 days. Perfect fit!!! Great service!! Great price!! No Problems.
