I cannot say enough good things about Femme Custom! They delivered our products sooner than expected and everything was wonderful from the first email to delivery. Our customers were thrilled to receive these beautiful candles with really nice boxes. We also ordered pens and gift bags from them. Will definitely use agin.

They wasted 3 weeks giving me the run around on some custom candles. I called customer service and they couldn't advise on scent, availability, NOTHING! Completely useless. On my first attempt I submitted a request online, which the customer service agent told me to do. I kept following up via phone and email, no response. Finally after 5 days I reached customer service by phone they told me those candles were on backorder. I asked for a recommendation on a replacement they could still get done in time, after already wasting a week. I then submitted the new request on the new candles. As usual they took forever.. several days for the mockup and then another 3 days to generate the quote. Ridiculous! By then they said they couldn't get them done in time and didn't even bother apologizing. Zero sense of urgency at this place. I gave them a months notice for 80 custom candles... this should have been a simple process but they messed it up every step of the way. GO ELSEWHERE!

The custom cosmetic bags from femmepromo.com are by far the best possible bags I have come across so far. The designs and quality of the material is just awesome!
