I was unable to use it daily, at first, as recommended but now I am able to use it every three days along with a vaginal suppository used for pelvic pain. I know I can use it more often when needed. I love the pre-filled applicators! It makes it so much easier. I do wish the Intimate Skin Moisturizer came in bigger sizes, though.
