Felix HomesReviews of felixhomes.com

Tyler was exceptional and had lot of patience with our house hunting . We changed cities and even counties at last, and he was always professional to give his expert advise. He was very thoughtful and through in price negotiation and understood the market emotions very well. And once we had the property under contract his office team was exceptional to make it to closing table without any hiccups. Overall 100% satisfied with him and his closing team.

Working with Tyler, Felix Homes, was a great experience. Tyler is very prompt in responding to my emails/texts, very punctual on all of our meetings/appointments, very knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. Also Felix Homes saved me quite a bit of money. I would strongly recommend Tyler, Felix Homes, to anyone. Thanks Tyler!

Felix Homes is truly amazing! Selling our home could not have gone any better. Professional, courteous service combined with expert advice and great value make Felix the go-to Realtor in Nashville. They are changing the way real estate transactions are accomplished in this challenging market. Thank you, Tyler for a great experience!

They are incredibly knowledgeable about the value of properties and a true client advocate!!!

We were looking for a quality realtor without having to pay the typical 3% commission considering the hot market we're in. We had worked with another local real estate company but were not satisfied with the lack of communication from our agent. In this market, timing is everything. After missing out on a house we liked, we then elected to go Tyler and Felix Homes. Tyler was prepared, data driven, and always responsive to any of our requests or questions. He went above and beyond in helping us find our dream home and sell our old home. I highly recommend Tyler and his team at Felix Homes!

Tyler and his team at Felix Homes were great to work with while selling our home in Old Hickory. Tyler provided great data and sales trends in our area to help us determine the sales price, advice on staging, and great photos and drone footage to showcase our property. We also loved the easy, automated process of confirming showings. Not only was the whole listing process great, thanks to Tyler's guidance we sold over asking within 3 days and saved over $13000 on commission! We highly recommend Felix Homes!

From day one, Tyler had impressed me with his knowledgeability and helpfulness by walking me through this entire process. He also saved us a ton of money in agent fees! And after our house was sold, he even offered to help us sell our furniture on Facebook! I couldn't have asked for a better agent! Very pleased!

I recently listed a home with Tyler at Felix Homes. Tyler is highly professional and knowledgeable. Our listing sold within 5 weeks during a holiday period. I was very satisfied with Tyler and his follow up is spot on. I highly recommend Felix Homes and would use them again if needed.
