Hey U.
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought these bracelets almost a month ago now and still have no idea where they are. When I first bought them I got an email saying they would take max 2 weeks to arrive. Still no sign of them. I then emailed the company a week ago, and nobody has answered my email. I do not recommend if you plan on receiving the product at all.

I bought a pair of bracelets 4 months ago for my girlfriend and I who live across the world from each other. We both love them so much. The feeling of getting a little squeeze is way better then some vibration. I did have a malfunction issue on mine and contacted customer support. Samantha was very communicative and was able to help me out and got me a new one right away. For anyone in a LTR or even have family long distance. I definitely recommend these bracelets. The feeling of the touch unexpected has a difference sensation then a text message.
