Exactly what modern customer feedback should be!
I’ve been genuinely impressed with FeedbackRobot. It takes what is usually a messy, time-consuming process and turns it into something clear, fast, and genuinely useful. The AI insights are spot on, the automation saves hours every week, and everything is presented in a way that actually helps you take action, not just stare at data. What really stands out is how easy it is to centralize feedback from surveys and reviews and immediately understand sentiment. The automated responses feel thoughtful and human, not like AI, and it’s helped massively with customer experience and retention. If you care about listening to customers properly and acting on feedback without adding more manual work, this software is a no-brainer.
