Tom, Joe and their team at Federated Lending are nothing short of incredible. They made the application process extraordinarily easy and secured an excellent rate for us. We encountered significant issues at our closing and, due to the determination, creativity and hard work of the Federated team, they got the deal done. This was on the eve of the COVID-19 crisis and, if we had used any one other than Federated, the transaction would still be pending. The large bank on our home sale transaction failed to get the job done, whereas Tom and his team closed our home purchase.
