Vince was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He always kept me in the loop as to what was going on and I never was left with any unanswered questions or concerns. He helped me with my original loan and again this time with the refinance. He is the BEST!!!

Best words to express our experience would be...swift and EASY! They were total professionals and took time to answer all our questions...and we had plenty. We attempted to refi with another LARGE BANK and had so many issues we just pulled our application...so needless to say I was very guarded. Not one issue!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

On behalf of all of us at Federated, Thank you ! Many people assume a big bank is best. Your business means alot to us and not only do we have better rates, but we truly value each and every customer. We are a non-depository Banker and all we do are mortgages. We take pride in doing it better.

Federated Lending made the remortgage process seamless for my husband and I, even during a pandemic. We appreciated their constant communication on where things were at with the entire process. During a time of so much uncertainly Federated Lending really made working with them simple.

Couldn't ask for a better person to work with when it came to dealing with Andy Larson. He's fantastic. He answered all of my questions, was always attentive and put me at ease. I would give six stars if I was allowed to!
