Federated LendingReviews of fedlend.com

It was a pleasure dealing with the entire team. It was not an easy process but all worked hard, promptly, and with courtesy. Thank you Nan, Linda, Jeanine, and Rick for bringing the reverse mortgage to fruition. Best regards Bill

We had an amazing experience using Federated Lending - this was actually our second time using them in the home buying process. Charlie Novak has always answered all of my questions and in a timely manner and was genuinely happy for myself and my wife on each purchase. I could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with the Federated Lending Team!! The Team was courteous, professional and extremely responsive to my husband and I, our realtor and the title company. Closing could not have gone any smoother, and Bill was awesome at coordinating all of the moving parts involved in making this happen. It was great having Bill at closing with us to walk us through and explain all of the paperwork and processes. I would highly recommend Bill and the Team to my friends and family!

Federated lending has been a great company to work with, both Glen and Dawn have been very helpful!

My refi was super easy. Bill Hoernle got me the information I needed in order to make a decision about refinancing within hours of our first conversation, and he explained the whole process clearly from there on out. All the Federated Lending people I came in contact with throughout were friendly, professional, and communicated clearly. I closed within 6 weeks and never found a moment of it stressful. I've already recommended working with Bill to friends.

We recently purchased our forever home and we able to do so because of the efforts and dedication of Tom with Federated Landing. Tom went above and beyond to make sure our experience was seamless and straightforward. From pre-qualification to dotting the final “I” we trusted Tom had our best interest at heart. Our experience was more of a collaborative partnership, than a business deal. When communicating the specifics of the loan he took time to explain every detail in terms we were able to understand, giving us the confidence that we were making the right decision for our family. We would strongly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a new home to use Federated Lending. Sincerely, The Moore’s

Glenn was an absolute professional and he represented the company with great integrity as he extended Janice and I an extremely helpful source of knowledge in the process. He was an absolute hero in obtaining our loan and went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care of. He will continue to be a beacon of honor and sincerity in a very critical field. A great guy! Will refer him to everyone in need Thank you Brett

We have had a great experience with both Houses my wife and I have bought. Each time, we had clear information and direction from Charlie Novak. This included the rates we were receiving, information needed to get the best rates, and a straight forward approach.
