Hello Donnnie. In this case, the common carrier had a delay in delivering your pole. This was completely out of our control. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. It is exceedingly rare that something like this happens.

We are the YMCA of Coastal Georgia. A not for profit organization. We ordered a flag pole and when we opened the package the pole was bent. We contacted Federal Flags but were told it was too late (It was two or three days) - "Sorry, there is nothing we can do". I called Federal Flags and left a message for someone to call me about this issue. I have yet to receive a call. Waiting for a response. -Mark Simons -District VP

Hello Mark. In this case, we were not notified of the problem with your flagpole until after it had been in your possession for over 2 months. As clearly indicated on all documents and packaging shipped with the flagpole it is required that any damage be noted within 5 days of delivery. This is so that we can file a claim with the trucking company for damage done in transit. Beyond 5 days they will not honor any claim. And, since the pole was signed for in good shape, then kept in your possession for 2 months before we were notified of any damage, we have no way of knowing when or how the damage occurred.
