A very big thumbs up, 10 out of 10 to Lena Marie, we had a huge photo day and flags were destroyed, I called at last minute and she got them out in time, followed up with tracking and made me look like a hero, i don't have employees, but if I did, I would hire her, she is what customer service should be, easy and friendly, nice job

only issue was the missing NAFTA which is a requirement by Canada Customs. We opted to pay the duty but will request documentation on our next order.
