Same as the other review here, was scammed by them. After chasing them for so long I finally managed to receive a refund of which it wasn’t what paid them and less because they sent me money instead of issuing refund leaving me to cover the PayPal fees! Avoid these crooks.

Pre-ordered a physical copy of Papetura for PlayStation 5 in April 2023. Expected to ship in August 2023. As of today, 10th Feb 2024, I have posted daily on their Facebook page asking for an update (alongside many others in my position) with no responses (please by all means check their fb page to verify my claims). There have been 2 vague emails from Feardemic stating that they have learned from mistakes and are ‘so close’ to being able to update us about Papetura in the near future, yet nothing ever arrives. I’ve also had an eventual reply stating ‘there must have been an error when issuing the email which is why you haven’t received it.’ Yet other commenters in my position had nothing either. The real issue I have is that they won’t respond to any refund request, as they appear unable to deliver the product in any format that was promised. They have strung me along to the point that I am now too late to raise a dispute with PayPal, and PayPal simply refer me to money claim online. Please avoid this company at all costs.
