Loan closed long ago
Loan closed long ago, but incorrect overdue is still showing on my credit report I fully repaid and closed my FDPL Finance loan (account ending 2424) around one year ago. However, my credit report dated 29 August 2026 is still showing this account with “Payment Delayed by 23 Days”. This is very concerning because the loan was already fully repaid and closed. An incorrect overdue/payment-delay entry can negatively affect a customer's credit profile. I also tried accessing the FDPL app to check the loan details, but the app is showing “Something went wrong. We’re facing some technical issues. Please try again after sometime.” So I am currently unable to verify the account status through the app. I request FDPL Finance to: Verify loan account ending 2424 Confirm that the loan was fully repaid and closed Correct the incorrect 23-day payment delay/overdue information Update the correct status with CIBIL, Experian, Equifax and CRIF Provide written confirmation after the correction I hope FDPL Finance takes this issue seriously and resolves it quickly. I am posting this review because the incorrect credit reporting needs to be corrected.
