Don't trust this company, especially as they don't abide by their "OUR MISSION" statement. I've sent many emails, all answered by someone called JHON, except for the last 5 were I have had no reply. This company are terrible. Hello, minor imperfections are unavoidable with products. We cannot directly send replacements. Thank you for your understanding. The reply I had from this Company, today!!! I ordered a couple of shirts last year which were really good. Due to this I ordered 2 more tops and a pair of shorts. The sponsor logo on the shirt was wonky and both strips were different shades of blue. The shorts were poor quality and a different colour ie advertised light blue arrived black. I spoke to the customer services who weren't interested and despite stating the shorts would be replaced haven't done so. Plenty other companies out there I'd avoid these

Rubbish, material is almost see through! Ordered xxl fits more like xx small! Don’t waste your money, I’ve learnt from this experience, buy cheap you buy twice.

Betrüger - ich habe eine Bestellung getätigt und glücklicherweise per PayPal bezahlt. Seit Wochen warte ich auf die Bestellung und bekomme per Mail nur Ausreden zu hören, um hingehalten zu werden. Scheinbar war das Lager leer, vor dieser Aussage wurde allerdings ein Paketauftrag erstellt, um den Anschein zu wahren, dass etwas passiert. Keine Bestellung über diesen Shop tätigen!

Die erste Lieferung an Trikots ist zuverlässig nach ca 15 Tagen eingetroffen. Die Qualität war gut. Bei der zweiten Lieferung allerdings war die Qualität miserabel. Schiefes DFB Emblem, versetzte Nummern und Spielernamen, alle Trikots waren minderwertig. Vom Kundenservice brauch man nichts erwarten. Auch Paypal macht relativ wenig. Der Verkäufer bietet eine Rücksendung und bei eingetroffener Ware eine Erstattung an. An die Retouradresse kann man nichts schicken, die besteht nur aus chinesischen Schriftlichen mit denen DHL nichts anfangen kann. Sprich, man bleibt auf der Kohle sitzen.

Very unserius Company, ordered and payd 5 sept 24. 2 Leeds United jersey shirt home and away. They confirmed it was ready to be shipped. I wrote before i ordered to be sure. Since i had 2 bad experience earlier another Company. Yesterday i got a mail that it was left products in my cartoon. That was not correct. Today morning 11.09.24 i got message that they was out of stock. Only trying to cheat customers. Do never buy anything at FBofficiall.com regards from customer in Norway

Leider ist das bestellte Trikot meines Sohnes mit einem falschen Aufdruck geliefert worden. Nach vielen vielen e Mails die oft gar nicht oder nur sehr spät beantwortet wurden, hat die Firma mir erst einen Nachlass von 35% auf die nächste Bestellung angeboten, die Codes waren immer ungültig, nach weiteren Aufforderungen meiner Seite mir bitte mein Geld zu erstatten oder ein neues Trikot zu zu schicken wurden mir dann 5 Euro Erstattung angeboten. Eine absolute Frechheit, da der Fehler auf Seiten der Firma passiert ist. Ich rate von Bestellungen ab.
