Hi Mark, I'm Jangul, the founder and creator of Faxify. I'm sorry. You needed one fax sent on a business deadline, and we let you down. I went through your account myself. You're right about support. Our website said "24/7 support," and that wasn't accurate. We reply to email within 24 hours, and phone support is only for Professional and Elite subscribers on weekdays. We're removing that wording. You're also right that the app won't send a cover page by itself, and I found a bug where the cover page form can clear what you've already typed. Both are on our fix list. On the failed sends: every attempt went to the same number, and each time the receiving line hung up during the fax handshake, before a page was sent. That usually means the number isn't answering as a fax machine. Failed faxes never use your free pages, so all of yours are still available. I've emailed you the details. Hi jdv — thank you for taking the time to write this, and for the kind words. Really glad the new interface is clicking for you, and that the dedicated fax number and email notifications are earning their keep. On the cover sheet: you're not missing much, but there is more there than it sounds like you've found. In the Faxify mobile apps (both iOS and Android) we do have cover sheet templates — several of them, and which ones you can choose from depends on your plan. When you pick one, we prefill everything that stays constant from fax to fax: your name, phone number, and email address. So the only things you actually need to type each time are the recipient's name (plus their phone or email, if you want those shown) and the subject line and cover message. If there's more you'd like saved permanently across all of your faxes, please send us a detailed email at [email protected] telling us exactly which fields you'd want to persist. We'll take a serious look at getting it into the next release — realistically within a month or so.
