1. They said on FAQ faucetpay withdrawal is supported if you use the address not email. I used the address but lost my 1st payment (2$).
2. Payed me on Cwallet (2$).

1. We clearly state that we DO NOT support Faucetpay. Please provide the FAQ where it shows that we do.
2. We paid you via CWallet was was owed from your withdrawal request.
3. We do not suspend accounts without a reason. You most likely clicked the cheat link in the PTC ads and didn't read what was there, thus it auto-suspended your account.

Its is a fruad website...When i reached my withdraw he suspended my account....First time he will give u money but if u cannot upgrate account...he will suspended your account....it is fraud

We are certainly not a fraudulent website. We also do not suspend accounts unless there is a reason.
If you clicked on the anti-cheat PTC ad, it would have auto-suspended your account. We just implemented that countermeasure yesterday to help address the massive amount of click fraud that we send a prior message about the day before.

Today when I tried to login I found that my account is suspended, I have almost reached to withdrawable amount and in 2 - 3 days i was going to claim my withdraw so they suspended my account & stole my earnings. A scam site Pls do not waste your time with this fraud site.

If your account was suspended, it was for one of the following reasons
1. You had more than one account
2. You attempted to login with a Proxy/VPN
3. You had been inactive for more than 30 days
4. Auto-click software was detected.

Your account would have only been suspended if you used a proxy or VPN or had more than one account. The system is automated.

a trap to steal our money
It seems that the site has become a trap for a scam. I deposited ten dollars via the Trix digital currency and it has not appeared in my account yet, and despite me writing to them more than once with the evidence, address and numbers, they ignored my messages and stole my money.

I have flagged this review and request that you provide all correspondence to back up this accusation. If you are the member that I think you are, I have replied back multiple times and we can find NO RECORD whatsoever of your tron transaction. The transaction hash you provided goes to some wallet address that is not ours.
We have one system used for deposits and a fixed set of wallet addresses are used for every transaction.
We will await the screenshots and proof you have mentioned.
Lastly, we DO NOT take fraudulent claims lightly and pursue them to fullest extent possible.

Unreliable site, do not recommend
The site made a good impression, it withdrew funds twice and quite quickly. He worked every day, and quite diligently. Here, for unknown reasons without any explanation, my account is suspended? Bad feedback without any explanation. It is not possible to go to technical support, nothing came to my mail at all. I didn't have referrals, I didn't have another account, I don't see any grounds for a ban at all.
Had to edit my post.
1. VPN was not used.
2. the account password was created using a password generator Google Grome,it is unique and was checked for uniqueness on the website during registration.
3. The balance was about $2, I have a screenshot of the account, but I cannot attach it here due to the specifics of the site.
4. Writing off the administration in the style of the beginning of the 21st century, without taking into account technical progress.
Be careful when making deposits in non-bank institutions. You are not insured.

We just researched our list of members and see no user with your name.
Also, if your account was suspended, it was for one of the following reasons.
1. The account was using a VPN/Proxy and proxycheck.io reported a high score and blocked it.
2. The user has multiple accounts.
3. The user was found to have the same account password as the upline sponsor.
We take fraud reports very seriously and run out website as a business.
We request that you provide proof of any fraudulent activity or remove your rating.
In researching it further, your account was suspended because you have attempted to create multiple accounts on the platform, which is against the terms of service.

We have replied with the receipts of the facts. Additional defamation and accusation on your part is unfortunate.
We are a legitimate business and treat it accordingly. Accusing a company of fraud or being a SCAM easy to do without providing actual proof. Ask any of our ACTIVE members or view our forum posts with social proof here and you can see we are legitimate.
As long as you abide by the terms and conditions as agreed to when joining the platform, your account will function just fine.
