Software issue fixed as promised
I think there was a little confusion as what the issue was but once understood Steve fixed it in minutes. He is very patient and a credit to your organisation. I suppose people like me who have an older Mac that is not supported any more makes life a little more difficult.

MS 2019 installation help
I appreciated that Steve stuck with it until the installation was correct and complete as there were a few hiccups along the way. He was quick to respond and helpful and articulate in his communication. The software I purchased was a little higher-priced than some others that I looked at, but the reviews I saw were good including customer service, and they claim to be a US company and Microsoft partner, so I went with it. I would recommend FastSoftwares to others!

David helped me out a great deal with…
David helped me out a great deal with my software purchase. We had issues at first and it was a little frustrating. He never gave up and continued to assist me until we completed the installation of the package and it works fine now. He went the extra mile to help through all of the issues we experience and I very much appreciate his assistance with the purchase and installation.
