My intake arrived but was sent almost 2 weeks to ship I contacted you via your chat option and no reply was made on your part which then started making me check reviews of your company to see if other customers had received their orders and they did so that was reassuring how ever it took a while to get what I bought and not getting a reply to my questions was some what annoying your prices are low but your customer service for customer questions could use some work
