It was helpful doing the process on line. Being able to purchase the shipping label was very useful. I was upset when my original passport was not returned. I had to call the 800 number to find out it comes back separately. This would have been good to know up front. My biggest concern is the Visa I have attached to the original that is good until 2029. Can I remove it and place it in my new passport? Thank you.

It was pretty self directing but I made one mistake & I had a hard time getting it edited to change my mistake.

I enjoyed the service, but wish there was more integration between your company and the passport application so that everything could be done in a single pane of glass. Additionally, it would be nice to see if we could have a database attached letter form so that we could save our information in the next time around, just simply go up and utilize our account.
