It's a scam
It's a scam. Advertised as a way to submit your passport application when all it does is fill out the form.
You can do this for free on the government site, and you still have to pay all of the government fees in addition to the $88 you already paid Fast Form Filler.

SCAM! DO NOT USE!
SCAM! They charge $90 to fill out a passport form for you! You still have to print it and mail it and pay the $130 passport fee! They mislead you into thinking they are applying for a passport for you! DO NOT USE!
Update - We never received an email with the filled out form anyway. When you google “US Passport Renewal” the first thing that pops up is a sponsored ad for your company telling people to apply through your website. Only in small print at checkout does it say you are just a site that fills out forms which we never received anyways. I, along with many others, have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau where your company has an F rating. Do better.

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us.
At Fast Form Filler, we provide a simplified service to complete your passport application. The fee reflects the personalized support and expertise we offer to ensure that clients complete their forms accurately and efficiently. Many of our clients choose our service because they value the assistance we provide, which ultimately saves them time and potential complications.
We take accusations of being a scam seriously, as our goal is to deliver transparency and professionalism in every interaction. It’s important to clarify that while we assist with filling out the application, clients are responsible for submitting it and paying the passport fee directly to the government. We strive to be transparent about our services and pricing, and we believe that our clients agree to the costs involved because of the value we deliver.
In order to assist you further, we kindly ask that you provide us with your email or order details. We've reached out through Trustpilot to request this information, as it will help us link your feedback to your order and address your concerns effectively.
If you have any further questions or would like to discuss this matter, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We’re here to help.
Best regards,
The Fast Form Filler Team

Very Misleading
This service is very misleading. They charge you money for a service that can be done free through a government website or office. You are asked to complete a series of questions with the idea that they will be completing the entire process for you, but instead give you a completed government form that you still have to print out and either mail in with an original form of documentation or take to your local SSA office. These forms are available for free through government websites. Would not recommend.

Extremely disappointed with this site
Extremely disappointed with this site. After 2 months, I inquired about the status of my application. I received a reply that they had received my concern. Nothing was done. The phone always has a busy signal. I thought this was a reputable company but they have not addressed my concerns.

False advertising! No online process!
They advertise online process for passports. They do not provide this service. The govt has stopped online services for passports. They do the same thing as the govt website. The govt does it for free. You fill out the same form online as the govt site and they charge you $60 for it. Don't be fooled if you need a passport renewal fast like I did. Beware. Disputing with credit card and BBB currently.
